Having a Best Friend..
A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.
The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand “Today my best friend slapped me in the face”.
They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone “Today my best friend saved my life”.
The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?”
The other friend replied “When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”
Do not value the things you have in your life. But value who you have in your life.

Faith ..
Size of God..
A boy asks his father "what's size of God?"
The father looks up at the sky and seeing an airplane, and ask the son:" what's the size of that airplane?"
The boy says:"it's very small.
I can barely see it."
So the father takes him to the airport and as they approach an airplane, he ask:"and now, what's size of this one?"
The boy answers: " wow daddy, this is huge!"
Then the father tells the boy:" it's the same with God.His size depends on how distant you are from him..the closer you are to Him,the greater He will be in your life. "

Warning!!
Warning!!
Sleepless with climate change..
Global warming by human emissions of greenhouse gases is having clear effects in the physical world: heat waves, heavier rainstorms, higher sea levels, to cite a few. Now, social scientists are wrestling with a murkier question:Wat will climate change mean for human welfare??
Forecasts in this realm are tricky and based on assumptions. Scientists predict effects as varied as a greater spread of tropical diseases, fewer deaths from cold but more from hot weather, and even bumpier rides on airplanes..
There is now a prediction that in a hotter world, people will get less sleep..
In a paper published in Science Advances,Nick Obradovich,a political scientist, together with colleagues predicted more restless nights in summer, as global temperatures rise for the poor who are likely to have air-conditioning as well as the elderly, who have difficultly regulating body temperature.
By 2050, for every 100 americans,an extra six nights of sleeplessness can be expected every month.
Think about hotter nations.. And environment..
What is stored in future ..??

Be tolerant.. And spread compassion..
Let us apart from negatives..find the positives..
Notice good things. For every act in the world, hundreds of positive activities go unnoticed and undiscussed. All religions teach patience and tolerance.. When we call something' intolerant',is it because we're intolerant?? Tolerance is one of the highest spiritual qualities.
When we speak of intolerance, we speak with scared based,self-protection and security-based consciousness. We often speak for ourselves, discard others who are follow beings in our nation. We seek our own safety, ignoring those who cannot escape and forced to stay back..we separate ourselves from our brothers and sisters and think only of ourselves.
Once we get into a fear-based consciousness, there is no limit to what our mind can tell us to fear- weather, political, climate, terrorism, war,bad health and death,an endless list.
While it is not wrong to seek self- protection and safety, one must realize that in this existence and universe, there is no absolute security and safety.
There is no physical security in the world, there is only psychological safety .
As humans ,we are geared for survival, hence every small threat worries us.The ego in us fears annihilation, and seeks to protect itself, by escaping or fighting, using the classical fight- or- fight reaction. But this only increases our anxiety levels.
We must go back to the values taught by all religions- to love, tolerance and brotherhood.
Ask if there is any place safer here. Are we guaranteed that no harm will befall us if we shift out of our city or nation!? Unfortunately, the answer is big ' No'.We cannot understand life fully, nor escape our fate. The way to peace and happiness is to focus on positives and work to improve the negatives .
Do your duty and leave rest to Almighty. Become tolerant and show gratitude for what we have and what will be rewarded.
