An invevitable quest in everyone's life..

       We all know that 'STRESS is very important part of our life.But we are unable to get total freedom from uninvited quest ..present always ..
Feeling uneasiness,finding difficulties in focusing on something..maybe in life and work.At same time we gets motivation for do some task effeciency.In both consequences ,we are stressed -out,this shows that there two types of Stresses,a enemy other is a friend,i.e. stress affects everyone in different ways,means stress have two effects..one is cause of anxiety,unhappiness and even ill health..on other hand stress motivates you to focus better on your work and builds concentration.
Stress can be knows as Pressure to give more attention to something and leads to worry..or Pleasure to give special attention to something is very important.
Stress is also vital warning system,it produce hormones for fighting or flight response.When our brain percieves some kind stress,it starts flooding the body with chemicals like epinephrine,norepinrine and cortisol.This is creates a diffirent types of reactions in our body,like increase in blood pressure and heart -rate.
Sometimes, we can daring descions like when caught in burning car-instanly we jump from car and found us feel safe.In addition,there are various benfits with stress.
According to rearchers believe that some stress is useful to life,because it helps in strenghtening our immune systems.For example,stress can improve how to our heart works and protect body from various infections.
Thus, we all find that stress in bad and good for us,all depends on its effects on body,it a vital energy that adivises us on what to do.
