Quarantine, Isolation, and Social distance:


Quarantine implies prohibiting activities or segregating people who are not ill themselves but may have been exposed to COVID-19. The objective is to avoid the spread of the infection at the time when people just cultivate indications.


Isolation signifies segregating people who are sick with symptoms of COVID-19 and may be contagious to avoid the spread of the ailment.


Physical distance means being physically apart. WHO proposes protecting at least 1-meter distance from others. This is a general measure that everyone should take even if they are well with no known susceptibility to COVID-19.
