What are attributes of good le ader?How can he inspire others to become better human beings and collectively build a better leadership?
Bhagwad Gita says: "whichever action a great man performs, common people follows..whatever standards he set by acts.. all world perceives."..The people need a leader who has practical behavior..eg. he cannot ask people to stop smoking,if he smokes himself. We need those who are competent in every aspect to show the way; to run educational institutions and spiritual organisations..The leadership must have integrity, faith and spirituality..economic development should be accompanied by compassion and concern for entire society..
If the leader is operating through fear so there no experimentation and innovation..The leader should have ability to be mindful, co-operative and eager to utilize full potential for developmental programs and devoted to his duties responsibilities..
A honest leader work with impartial attitude towards everyone..
Question arises,,where is constructive leadership in the present..??
Reality is GANDHI jii killed but his views of nation-building are alive and saddest thing..is that common man is not encouraging this type of leadership..TODAY!!
