This is not Modi's charisma bring out victory in other states like Punjab, there voters revolt against present governments..choosing new for changes.Likewise, in Goa and Manipur people rejected bjp..and congress was largest party in both states, but independent candidates change the game of electoral policies..The democracy is runs by citizens and by people..but now we find new element-that is centre 's power is dominating people's wishes..so why expenditure in election processes??
There will be law -those are rejected by people in elections should not hold any ministry..that will be true justice and democracy..
Now, in modern era, voters are being more aware and breaking chains of casteism, and communalism ..welcoming new prospects of developmental processes..and changing for better ..
