We need to start loving ourselves, as we keep on loving others and totally forget who we really are..to love yourself is to take complete care of yourself -physical,mentally, emotionally and spiritually..

Diet:Improper diet is the main reason behind disease.. We need to take care of our diet.While eating moderation is recommend; therefore,alwz eat slightly less than ur appetite demands ..one should eat according to the place, season, time, one's physical condition and mental inclination to maintain equilibrium in the body..restrain desires and most of ur health problems will be resolved..
Sleep: Sleep is an important factor for good health.. If our sleep is disturbed, we get stressed out as well become physically ill..because when we are in sleep our minds get rest for some hours which is essential for good health..
Exercise: We have gross bodies, which needs physical activity..but our mind is subtle and needs to be calm and still..but we do the opposite-we keep on thinking while sitting ..we can do various physical activities such as yoga,exercise, running or walking with a focused mind..don't go beyond ur limits, as there are different factors depending on ur age,health and stamina..
Spirituality: Everything in this material world is changeable. There may be different situations we face,which keep on changing, but our mental state should alwz remains the same. Disconnect from the outer world and we look inwards to connect with Divine..if we have already realized that outer surface is changeable, then any change in life, will not be the reason for our sorrow ..when mind begins to look inward through meditation, it can transform ur life and lead to liberation..
To be peaceful and calm, love life ..
