Ways 2 be happy..

Are we a happy people?? Not really, if go by the recently released World Happiness report 2017..India is at 122 among countries surveyed. Our lost is far less happy than the Norwegians, who top the list. Why India is so behind.. In list..and also behind than our neighbors.. Pakistan, Bangladesh and Bhutan..what is wrong with us..??According to UN, happiness comes from holistic approach to development aimed at promoting sustainable wellbeing, growth and happiness.
Now , we have raise our standard.. And ranking in this list ..by following small steps..
1.Sense of belonging-it basically comes from the feeling among people that is part of multicultural environment..does that a sense of pride in being separate communities.. But develop oneness as only Indians ..and feel as a same family.. Be compassionate, kind loyal towards others and leave selfishness.. If these qualities are here.. We find sense of belonging in return ..
2. Common Pursuit-Develop sense of easygoing, peaceful and sensitive life- happy with small things and do the small things for making others happy. Don't go for GDP but for GNH- gross national happiness.. Government programs should be responsible for everyone's happiness because a happy citizens will produce  sustainable yields.. People should be cooperative in every aspect of development: less crimes, less corruption, sincere and honest policies for people..
3.Be human-For happiness ,we have to make room for others to be happy.. Because we are social animals; so there is interdependence amongst us..
4.Forgive and forget-the whole of the indic regions are rich,spiritually speaking ,but despite being the birthplace of many religions,the subcontinent has always been in turmoils. Because people are not able to forgive each others and let go of the past ..
5.Humanity First- before thinking that you are an Indian..first think as we are human beings.. Not animals.. Let humanity  come first, then we can able to coexist Harmoniously.. And increase rate of happiness  ..
